Example of Navigator view with Automatic heatmap
and Automatic Overlay tags with a Manual tag
Tag right click menu showing filter options
Overview
Tagging can provide another way to isolate your data and to view a reduced set of your files with a specific result.
Tags can be either manually or automatically generated.
Manual Tagging
Manual Tagging is useful when there is relevant data which cannot be easily obtained from the FCS file (e.g. Protocol being ran, date of sample, etc. ).
This can be performed from either the right click menu or by highlighting files in the navigator area and pressing "T" on the keyboard.
Automatic Tags
Automatic tagging is where FlowLogic automatically generates tags on files depending on how the files are used in FlowLogic or some of their results.
This allows for significantly faster analysis when dealing with large numbers of files by being able to quickly isolate files of interest.
