A: When creating a file Association in windows the currently running Flowlogic.JAR is used, if you have downloaded the .JAR release and then moved or deleted it after creating the
file association Microsoft Windows will struggle to find the .JAR which was used when the file association was originally performed.
To Fix this issue one must simply open flowlogic again, and perform the File Association again.
